Once you have paid your Deposit and Bond you can forward your teammates email addresses. They will be included on correspondence going forward. Up until then only the Captains will receive communication.
The Tournament will be held in Brandon, MB March 13-15th, 2025
You will arrive on March 12th and depart on March 16th
Captains meeting will be at the Hotel, Wednesday night at 1900 in the "Wheat Kings" room. please ensure someone from your team is in attendance
We will advise when the hockey website is updated
Registration Brandon’s Tournament will consist of six divisions:
Old Timers Wreck (45 over)
Old Timers Rec (35 over)
Old Timers Open (35 over)
Open Rec
Open Division
Ladies Division Women’s Div enter as individuals
We will be conducting a draw for those teams that get their deposit and bond in by the Nov 18th. Prize is your deposit back!!! Pretty great incentive !!!!
Complete rosters are due no later than February 1, 2025
Included in your roster must be:

Division
Player Names
Employee Number
Age
The cost remains $175.00 per player. This includes a minimum of 5 tames and your banquet ticket.
Teams from last year will be grandfathered in up until October 31st. Deposit cheques (non refundable) in the amount of $500.00 per team must be received no later than October 31st to hold your spot. After October 31st we will be opening it up to all CP Teams interested as well as Sponsorship teams.
As discussed in the Captains meeting in Vancouver, there will also be a $500.00 bond per team.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not included in the $500.00 deposit, and payment is also due October 31st
We highly recommend you provide a cheque; this will be held until the end of the tournament. At that time, we will destroy or return. This is the easiest way.
$500 is to ensure teams show up at the rink and play their games and cover any damages. The cheques will then be returned to each team at the end of the tournament).
We request each team to provide an Auction Item please. If possible, please send to Brandon prior to the tournament. Contact a committee member for instruction. Also, any swag for door prizes would be appreciated. Thank you
We have received a lot of interest from new teams as well as alumni teams and sponsorship teams. If you think you would like to put a team in please contact a committee member quickly to get onto the list.

There are 2 types of rooms and they are both the same price, $189 + tax per night, both include breakfast. Price is for up to 4 people per room
- 2 queen beds
- 1 king bed with a sofa bed

Rules:
The rules will come out shortly, please note there are a few changes
1) Neck Guards are highly recommended.
2) Maximum of 3 non CP players allowed per team.
Exempt from this rule are Retirees, Goalies, Ex Employees and Women's Division
If you require more than 3 non CP players you will have to gain permission from the Committee, prior to the Tournament starting.
RULE 2 has been put in place due to some teams in 2023 having quite a few non-CP player
